Sphere of action

Fresh Water in Europe 2050 - Time Travel is part of overtures, a series of wide-ranging art projects started by artcircolo in 2000 that reflect the changing role of resources. overtures stand for multidisciplinary 'approaches' and unorthodox 'food for thought', in which representatives of technology, science, economy, art and culture are drawn into dialogue.
This cross-cultural way should emphasize a creative process to take forward the new venture, exploring unknown paths and a vision of how we want to live in the future.

By emphasising the artistic element, it is possible to filter the suggested actions aesthetically in the most open form of communication possible and relay them back to society. In their most recent and once again preeminent discourse on Time Travel Water 2050, overtures are primarily concerned with implementing visions and futuristic scenarios in a creative manner to effect a change of values in dealing with water.
